Please CHECK ALL the items you need for your EVENT. Extension after 8 hours is allowed with extra payment, and letting us know at least 2 hours before the pick-up time.
Please use the ONE WAY MILES with the shortest TIME for the calculation. Our mileage charges are based on 4x trip costs that include initial set up trip, return trip, pick up evening trip and return evening trip. If that option includes TOLL ROAD, please check the additional trip charge. Currently we do not service areas that are more than 45 one-way miles away for now, but please check with us if you have a bulk booking.

A fee totaling to 100% of the balance rental amount (including delivery charges, if any) is due upon delivery, and installation. There is a 10% HOLD FEE/ADVANCE payment due once you submit an application (if your booking totals to more than $500). We will contact you with the method of payment and confirm your booking. If you choose to cancel, please let us know at least 3 days before the booking date. If notice is not made in advance (24 hours), then the hold fee will not be returned. You will be contacted with a deposit invoice to pay if your total is above $500. For event cancellations other than weather related, the booking may be rescheduled up to one more time without forfeiting the deposit. For weather-related cancellations, the deposit can be used to reschedule for up to 6 months, after which if not used, the deposit will be forfeited. However, if you have any cancellations, please let us know at least 3 days in advance so we can allow other customers to book.
