What do I need to provide?

A power outlet on a 20amp circuit that is within 100ft of where we plan to put the inflatable.

2. An open, mostly flat area, that has no power lines overhead, and is free of litter, grass clippings, and animal waste to set up the inflatable.

3. For Water Slides, we will also need access to a water spigot that is within 100ft of the inflatable.

Typically, No. However, if your total is above $500, we may require a 20% deposit to reserve your date. That deposit goes towards your total. We will contact you for the deposit invoice.

Every inflatable is different. However, each inflatable has signage posted to indicated max weight and patrons. Most are in the range of 600-800 pounds or 6-8 patrons. Yes. Adults can get in the inflatables, but usually only 2-3 at a time. We recommend adults do not jump with children, as the weight difference while jumping can potentially hurt a child’s leg, similar to jumping on a trampoline.

For days with light to moderate rain in the forecast, we will leave it up to you and give you the option of setting up or rescheduling. If you choose to set-up, we can not offer a refund if the weather worsens. For days with heavy rain or thunderstorms in the forecast, we will not be able to set-up, and will give you the option to reschedule within 6 months.

For sustained winds over 15 MPH we will give you the option to reschedule.

While our people certainly appreciate your kind generosity and tip, tips are not mandatory. However, if you feel very satisfied, your generosity will be very much appreciated.
